Africa GreenTec Group constructs and operates the first African scalable solar power plants in Southern Mali. 50 mobile SolartainersTM are planned to be installed, which will provide clean power for up to 250,000 people.

Africa GreenTec projects supply communities with energy which before had no access to electricity. Therefore, Africa GreenTec also actively fights against the causes of migration. imug Beratungsgesellschaft für sozial-ökologische Innovationen mbH assessed the SDG impact of this project and confirmed the positive impact of this project in a comprehensive evaluation report. Following assembly and quality control in Germany the Africa GreenTec SolartainerTM is delivered on a turnkey basis. It is shipped and then transported by truck to its final destination.
Investment
The amortizing bond is planned to have a term of 10 years. During the first two years the loan will not be repaid. Therafter the loan will be repaid in eight equal instalments.
