SDG INVESTMENTS GmbH successfully facilitated the closing of a €12m development finance facility for solar developer CCE Solar Invest GmbH, a joint venture between Austrian CCE Group GmbH and German enernovum GmbH & Co. KG. The borrower will use the proceeds for the further development of an Italian solar PV portfolio comprising 14 projects and comprising a combined capacity of 595 MW/p.

The proceeds from the sale of ready-to-build projects will be used to redeem the loan latest by October 2024. SDG INVESTMENTS identified interested investors, mediated the investment process between the lender and the borrower, and facilitated the execution of the transaction.
