With great pleasure we can announce that from now on we are a member of the "Interessenverband kapitalmarktorientierter kleiner und Mitteler Unternehmen e.V.". Being able to complement our network of partnerships and commitments with the "Kapitalmarkt KMU Verband" is of particular importance to us. On the one hand, medium-sized companies are the focus of our expertise. We have structured, placed and accompanied transactions for SMEs across many sectors. On the other hand, SMEs in Germany are the main drivers of economic growth, jobs, innovation and stability. In addition, sustainability is usually high on the agenda of SMEs, or is already anchored in their core business. Representing their interests and thus improving the framework conditions for SME corporate financing on the capital market is therefore purposeful and makes a lot of sense within the framework of an association. We are pleased to be part of it, to be able to contribute to relevant developments, and also to learn from other members. 

About the association

The "Interessenverband kapitalmarktorientierter kleiner und Mitteler Unternehmen e.V." (english: Association of Capital Market-Oriented Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) is particularly committed to improving the relevant framework conditions for SMEs in capital market financing. In doing so, it actively advocates for the interests of its members in dialogue with politicians, legislative bodies, supervisory authorities, capital market institutions, interest groups and the public, thus exerting a positive influence even before rules and laws are passed.
