Making climate protection investable for start-ups - Software Launch & Networking Event
As part of the project "Score4Impact: Making climate protection investable in start-ups", the Borderstep Institute, ImpactNexus and SDG INVESTMENTS have developed an efficient and highly automated assessment of the climate protection and sustainability potential of start-ups. This consists of three modules: an assessment of ESG performance, climate impact forecasting and the identification of impact targets. The goal is to make startups and their climate protection and sustainability potential visible quickly, reliably and cost-effectively, as well as to increase the number and effectiveness of sustainable startups.
On 25 May, the project team will present the online assessment solution in Berlin (participation is also possible online) and discuss the calculation of CO2 savings and sustainability potentials of start-ups with experts. Participants will have the opportunity to get to know the evaluation modules by means of concrete examples and to network with the present actors of the startup and sustainability scene.
The Score4Impact project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection as part of the National Climate Protection Initiative.
